Take the work out of working out and reach your fitness goals with the support and guidance of a motivating trainer. Increase strength, improve posture and develop muscle tone with resistance training. All workouts include dynamic warmup, goal-driven exercises, cool down and stretch. Your trainer will ensure that you have a high-energy, fun workout that leaves you feeling great every time. If you would like to upgrade to a 10-session prepaid package please notify your trainer during your first session. Please bring a refillable water bottle and clean indoor training shoes to every session.
Fitness Consultation
Book a complimentary consultation with a trainer to discuss your personal fitness goals and learn more about any of our services. A consultation form will be e-mailed to you upon booking; please complete this form at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
